DAY 1

DINNER

Tasmanian cheese and crackers featuring cheese from the Wicked Cheese Co, Coal River Valley Smoked mixed meats including quail, terrine, pate and olives

Greek style Tasmanian lamb with flat bread, Quinoa tabouleh salad Side dishes – Hommus, Greek yoghurt with harissa

Dressed rocket leaves, Fresh berries with shortbread and chantilly cream

DAY 2

BREAKFAST

A selection of cereal, yoghurt, fresh fruit and juice
Bacon and Eggs
Pancakes
Toast and Tasmanian jams and honey
Freshly brewed coffee and tea

LUNCH

Lunch menu varies according to day trip destination, and fresh produce available.

DINNER

Tasmanian smoked salmon with horseradish cream, Bill’s Tasmanian beetroot relish, seafood pate, lavosh and Norfolk Bay Antipasto mix

Roast Marbella chicken with prunes and olive on a bed of creamy spinach mash
Warm salad of chick pea, green beans and red cabbage

Summer berry pudding, raspberry sauce and double cream
With a Cake or fudge with hot chocolate and Lark Whisky

BREAKFAST

A selection of cereal, yoghurt, fresh fruit and juice
Scrambled egg, bacon, tomato and chunky style baked beans.
Toast and Tasmanian jams and honey
Freshly brewed coffee and tea
